Welcome to LYV (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at getlyv.co (the “Site”) and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
1. Products & Research Use
All peptide products sold through LYV are sold strictly for research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or as dietary supplements. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and agree to this designation.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
When you select a plan, you are purchasing an automatically-renewing subscription. You will be charged the displayed monthly amount on a recurring basis for the duration of your selected plan (3, 6, or 12 months). Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each plan period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@getlyv.co.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect active subscription periods. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location but generally take 3–7 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund on your most recent shipment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any previously billed period.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the products for any particular purpose. Individual results may vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LYV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Site with an updated “Last updated” date.
